Processing Time
All items are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is shipped. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on all orders over $70
- $9.90 flat rate for orders under $70
Estimated Delivery Times
After production, estimated shipping times are:
- United States: 5–8 business days
- International: 10–20 business days (varies by destination)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak seasons.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to track your package directly on the carrier's website. If you don't see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be charged upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are outside of our control.
