At Quillveros, every item is custom printed on demand just for you. We take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to love what you receive.
Our Policy
Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Color preference changes
We strongly encourage you to review our size charts carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we will make it right at no extra cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at SephoraJaxxon3574@outlook.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We will offer a free replacement or a full refund depending on your preference and product availability.
Order Cancellations
Orders are sent to production quickly. If you need to cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee cancellation after production has started.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
